Live Your Potential Coaching Intro Blog

Welcome to our Blog

Where we explore training, lifestyle, nutrition, recipes and more.

We are Live Your Potential Coaching. In our blog, we will be touching on various topics from exploring racing and training, mental mindset in performance, nutrition, lifestyle impacts, recipes, and how this can all be applied to performance. And much much more!

Caine has had a lifelong passion for sport, particularly endurance sports and his passion has carried on through decades. His personal knowledge and study in the area has made him an expert in coaching for endurance sports. Particularly in triathlon, cycling, mountain biking, running and swimming. His ability to coach athletes to PRs and successful campaigns is well known locally. Having had so many athletes represent Canada in world championships (both ITU and Ironman) speaks volumes. In our blogs and VLOGs, Caine will bring forward some of his knowledge and experience in sport and the human body. He explores all aspects of the athlete from emotional, mental, physical and beyond. The athlete is more than just the physical body.

Ashley came into endurance sports a little later in her 20s. Prior to this she struggled with being overweight and chronic injuries. She fell in love with running and then triathlon, and endurance competition, but loved the training equally as much as the racing. Due to inflammation in her body (osteoarthritis) from a back injury, she started to explore nutrition and fell in love with all topics around nutrition, particularly in weight loss, healing and nutrition for performance. Ashley lost over 60lbs (25kg), healed her body and became a competitive age-group athlete. She has had over 18 years experience as a registered nurse, and has grown tired of seeing an increasingly sick population due to poor lifestyle choices. She now wants to focus on helping individuals find their love of life and health through sport and nutrition, particularly for women.

Combined, we have over 37 years of endurance sport experience. So come join us while we discuss our areas of passion for health and sport!
